Thank you for choosing Tasty Food! We want you to be happy with your order, but due to the perishable nature of our food products, we only accept returns for damaged items.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, we sincerely apologize! We’ll be happy to offer a replacement for the damaged item(s). Here’s how it works:

Provide the following information:
Order number
Brief description of the damage
Photos of the damage (if possible)
Keep the damaged item(s) and original packaging:
We may ask for photos or request the return of the item for inspection.
Once your request is approved (within 48 hours):
Our customer care team will contact you with instructions on returning the damaged item.
You can choose between:
Delivery team pick-up: We’ll arrange for our delivery team to pick up the item from your address.
Drop-off at pick-up point: We’ll inform you of any available pick-up points near you.
Replacement:
Your replacement order will be processed within 2-3 working days.
We offer replacements for damaged items only, not refunds.
Non-returnable Items:
Opened or consumed items
Items beyond the 24-hour reporting timeframe
Items purchased on sale or with promotions
Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer exchanges for purchased items.
Additional Information:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the damage was our fault.
We reserve the right to refuse replacements if the damage is deemed caused by improper handling after delivery.
